DeltaFX Broker does not process its clients' orders through the trading desk.

2.2 The Company acts as a principal (counterparty) and the main execution venue for the execution of the Client’s Orders... it is up to the Company’s discretion to decide which types of CFDs to make available from time to time and to publish the prices at which these can be traded in line with the prices offered by its Price Providers.

3.1 The Company will enter into all transactions with the Client as principal (counterparty) and act as the sole execution venue for all Client Orders. The Client is required to open and close a position of in any particular Financial Instrument with the Company via its trading platform.
(a) Mark-ups/Markdowns: The Company may charge a mark-up or markdown on the prices the Company receives from its Price Providers.
(b) Commissions: Commissions may be charged either in the form of a percentage of the overall value of the trade or as a fixed amount.

26. 1 The Client is not allowed to enter into any form of prohibited trading, i.e. specific trading techniques commonly known as "arbitrage trading" “News Trading” , "picking/ sniping",; 'heavy scalping' or the use of specific automated trading systems or "Expert Advisors"; and/or follow an abusive trading strategy, i.e. any trading activity which is aiming towards potential riskless profit by opening opposite orders, during periods of volatile market conditions, during news announcements, on opening gaps (trading sessions starts), or on possible gaps where the underlying instrument has been suspended or restricted on a particular market, between same or different trading accounts.

9.1 Scalp Positions are allowed on these account types. However, if the number of scalp transactions is too high if the system has your account identified as an automatic scalper, in that case, because of the possible risks and the Liquid Provider rules, the following conditions may occur:

(a) Reducing the speed of the trading platform during the execution of requests;
(b) Receive a "requote" notification during the execution;
(c) Increased slippage';
(d) Pay more commission;
(e) The spread in your trades will increase;

6.1 Execution is the completion of a buy or sells order for a security. The Execution of an order occurs when it gets filled, not when the investor places it. When the investorsubmitsthe trade, it issent to a broker, who determines the best way to execute it.
