How FairMarkets works
You deal with Trive Financial Services Australia Pty Ltd (“FAIRMARKETS”) as counterparty to every transaction you enter into on our platforms. You will have an exposure to us in relation to each transaction..
FAIRMARKETS hedges the net positions by entering into transactions as principal with a related hedging counterparty. FAIRMARKETS is exposed to counterparty risk with that hedging party, which in turn may expose you.

1. PRINCIPAL
We will deal with you as principal and not as agent on your behalf. This means that any trades are agreed directly between you and us and we will be the counterparty to all of your trades.
FAIRMARKETS permits the use of EA strategies (EA stands for Expert Advisor, which is an added on software linked to a trading platform and allows for automatic trades under certain conditions). However, EA strategies which use price latency trading or scalping may be closed at any time at the discretion of FAIRMARKETS.
