1.6. All orders are executed through a direct agreement with Z Forex. The Company acts as a counterparty to all transactions and acts as the principal party and not as an agent of the client.


You understand and agree that Z Forex is acting as an agent in the Transactions that are the subject of this Agreement; however, Z Forex may also act as principal if deemed necessary.

In the event of fixed losses in the form of a negative balance in one or more of your Accounts, the Company reserves the unilateral right to offset such losses using the positive balance in your other Accounts.
